Insurance Covered CPAP will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We offer a 30-day trial for all masks. If your mask doesn’t work for you, we can exchange your mask, no questions asked.
If your CPAP machine or supplies are defective, please contact our customer service department so we can appropriately address the situation and issue a return authorization and/or exchange the product under warranty.
